1st Workshop of the Human RNome Project Consortium

  • 2025-08-04
  • 9:00 am
  • Max-von-Laue-Str. 9, 60438 Frankfurt, Germany

The Human RNome Project (HRP) invites researchers from across the RNA modification field to its first workshop—bringing together experts in RNA chemistry, sequencing, mass spectrometry, bioinformatics, and therapeutics.

You’ll have the opportunity to select between two distinct tracks: the Experimental Track, which will focus on mass spectrometry–based analysis of RNA modifications—including both identification and quantification—and the Break-Out Sessions, which will cover advances in sequencing technologies, bioinformatics resources, and strategic discussions on the future of the Human RNome Project (HRP 2030).

Get ready for an exciting lineup of daily plenary talks, featuring leading experts in RNA biology and analytical science, including • Peter Dedon – Standardized epitranscriptome analysis • Stefanie Kaiser – Stability of standards • Christoph Dieterich – SciMODOM • Janusz Bujnicki – Modomics • Thomas Carell – Nucleoside synthesis • Hana Cahová – Cap nucleotides • Robert L Ross – MS of nucleosides • Virginie Marchand – Pitfalls in sequencing

🔗 Registration is still open

The workshop is hosted and organized by the Kaiser Lab.
